Established in 2022, our dedication to delivering top-notch disability services has made us a beacon of support in the region.
Our head office is nestled in the heart of Longford, Tasmania, but our commitment to serving the Tasmanian community knows no bounds. From Launceston to Burnie and beyond, adaptCARE is ready to provide essential support services wherever they are needed across the island.
At adaptCARE, we understand that each individual’s needs are unique. That’s why we’ve assembled a team of over 100 dedicated support professionals and nurses who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. With over 146 participants benefiting from our services, we take pride in tailoring our support to each person’s specific requirements.
In addition to our wide-reaching support, adaptCARE manages 22+ Supported Independent Living (SIL) participants and operates 2 respite and medium term accommodation, offering a safe and comfortable environment for those in need of short-term care.

We specialise in support and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to disability, aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our support professionals will provide an individualised service that you can trust.
We understand that no one support plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, to supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualised support plan that fits your specific needs with regular reviews to make sure we have adapted your supports according to you.
Companionship is key to a trusted relationship with our Support team. We not only strive to support you with everyday tasks, but we also want to develop a caring relationship with you. We provide one-on-one attention and support that cannot compare in other settings.
