Our Story
adaptCARE was formed as a one man band in 2022, supporting 7 individuals to live their best lives. adaptCARE has fast become a household name within the Tasmanian Communities.
Due to the support adaptCARE has received, we have expanded to include an office based team of extremely passionate, supportive and experienced individuals.
We now have over 22 Supported Independent Living participants, 146+ participants and 100+ support staff in total. The Tasmanian community really get behind great things, and this is a testament to all of the adaptCARE team/family.
We are a registered NDIS provider as of December, 2023.
A New Home
With the growth of our office based team, adaptCARE required a new office space. And in July 2023, we moved into our new premises at 75 Wellington Street, Longford.
You can find us here Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, working hard and having fun. Feel free to come by for a visit and say hi!
