We support a variety of NDIS participants aged 4 years to 65+ years with all levels of ability, and we are always on the lookout for individuals who are looking to make a difference in the lives of others by joining our dedicated Disability Support Professionals.

Essential Requirements
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) preferred but not essential
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Card (NDIS Endorsed)
- National Police Check
- Driver’s License
- Medication Endorsement
- Infection Prevention and Control Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

The NDIS has a self-assessment tool for people considering working in the NDIS. It will help you understand the people you might work with and what a role could look like.
This tool is focused on roles that work directly with people with disability. The questions are designed for you to reflect on your attitudes, values, and skills to decide if this work is a good fit for you. The results are based on your input and provide you with general advice only.
